All rate plans include a free trial, during which time you can use all of the features of the service for free. This includes use of the toll-free dial-in number. If for some reason you decide the service is not for you, please be sure to cancel before the end of the free trial period to avoid any charges. All plans include both a toll and toll-free dial-in number. You can give either number to your conference participants to use to dial in to your conferences. When participants call in using your toll dial-in number there is no charge to you – all plans include unlimited minutes for toll dial-in. When participants call in using your toll-free dial-in number, you will be charged the toll-free dial in rate as shown with your rate plan. The rate is per minute per participant who dials in using the toll-free number.
You can use both the toll and toll-free dial in numbers on the same conference call. That is, you can give some participants the toll dial in number and others the toll-free dial in number.
Immediately! You'll get an email right after signing up which contains your dial in numbers, PINs and your personal meeting room link. That's all you need to start your first conference.
During sign up you’ll be asked how many hosts you want to purchase. Once you’ve completed the sign up, log in to My Account and select Users. From there you’ll be able to configure additional users up to the number of hosts you purchased.
There are no setup fees or any other hidden fees. Rates shown above do not include telecom recovery surcharges and other taxes and fees we are required to collect, such as FUSF.
Toll free dial-in from Alaska, Hawaii, Canada, Puerto Rico, and US Virgin Islands: A 6¢ per minute surcharge per caller applies.
